Location of the hotel is excellent..vey close to main market and bhasgu temple and waterfall. Rooms are somewhat small but if staying for 1-2 nights, it is comfortable. Staff is friendly and service was great overall. Recommend this stay in Dharamshala

HORRIBLE HOTEL The staff there are very ill mannered and the manager is very rude. There are a lot of cockroaches in the room. At checkout the boy asked me to carry all my luggage to the spot he was standing in and he refused to help me in carrying the luggage outside the room. ILL MANNERED PEOPLE MAHINDER the manager of the hotel is totally ill literated & doesnot even know how to behave with customer. 😡😡😡 I hope the hotel owner should look to this situation seriously. 😡😡

Terrible hotel, half of our group got food poisoning from eating their dinner which consisted of rotting salad and insects in the food. There were huge insects in the room as well as inside the bed that made our stay insufferable. We also had to ask them to change the sheets 2 times because they had orange stains and rips. Avoid this hotel at all costs. If u come here you can expect sleeping in bed with insects, food poisoning and no AC.

Very bad!! So many insects were spotted the second we stepped in the room. There were even insects in the sallad during dinner as well as rotten vegetables. Personally the only good thing I found about this hotel was the view. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

Rooms are great, but the dining hall is congested. Restaurants staff needs to be more professional with customers, and management needs to explore ways to improve dining experience.

Hotel is located at very nice place. Mountain View from room is awesome. Hotel Staff is very polite and cooperative.Thank you so much for your best service . Highly recommend hotel.
