Hotel Snow Palace

Owner is totally a scammer.. Worst service they provide during stay.. In winter they can't provide hot drinking water for kid.. Gyser not working in winter..No water in bathroom for poop in morning.. I was calling for my balance amount but havnt returned me my money during check-out Owner took money during check-in and havn't shown his face during check-out.. Staff not responding during phone-call.. No one in reception .. Plzz it's a huge request for not to visit this Hotel. Plz don't visit.

Owner is scammer. My total bill of hotel was 1700, and I paid 2000 during the check in time, the owner said he will return change I.e 300 during checkout. But during checkout he made excuses that he doesn't have money right now, he will pay online within 1 2 hours. But he didn't return. When I made a call to him, he is still making excuses.

Good food clean room and the staff is very supportive even you want any item not in menu they will buy it from outside and which I like the most is they have smart TV and high speed wifi on every floor and in good budget nearby.. Try it u won't be disappointed.. And it is placed on main market in mcleodganj you just out from hotel and you are in market.. All street type food and tibet cuisine you will get nearby..
