Life Inn Spiti

I recently had the pleasure of staying at life inn Spiti and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed and at ease. The host, Dorje was incredibly warm and hospitable. The rooms were beautifully appointed and clean.I especially loved the chicken curry .Every meal was a culinary delight, and I was impressed by the variety and freshness of the ingredients. Overall, my stay at life inn Spiti was fantastic. The host, the rooms, and the food were all exceptional. I would highly recommend this home stay to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay in Life Inn Spiti. Rooms were very clean, extremely spacious and well maintained. Located at a peaceful location few minutes walk away from Kaza market. Mr.Dorje and his family are great hosts, they prepared delicious local cuisine dishes as per our requests, each meal we would be dining together with their family and kids, we were literally treated as a guests to their home. Dorje is a nice and friendly person with great local knowledge and insights, had some wonderful conversations like for hours, he is very patience enough to answer all our questions, it was a great cultural experience. Hoping to visit again soon, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Nestled high in the mountains, the views were absolutely breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation and adventure. The homestay itself was charming and cozy, with comfortable rooms that felt like a home away from home. Dorje and his family were exceptionally welcoming, offering warm hospitality and delicious homemade meals featuring local ingredients. We along with Dorje exchanged lot of cross cultural stories and enjoyed the various outdoor activities available, such as hiking and nature walks. Overall, I highly recommend Life Inn Spiti for anyone looking to escape into nature while enjoying comfort and warmth. It’s the perfect spot for both adventure seekers and those looking to unwind in a serene setting.

The location was perfect, nestled in a beautiful area that offered both tranquility and easy access to local attractions. Dorje and family, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The accommodations were immaculate, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I particularly loved the well-equipped kitchen and the lovely outdoor space. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast made from fresh, local ingredients. It was the perfect way to start my day! Always greeting us with tea which felt very nice after a long tiring day. The traditional homes added a unique touch, making the experience even more authentic. The bed was comfortable, and the heating system ensured a warm and snug atmosphere, essential for the cold nights in Kaza. **Hospitality:** The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. Their local knowledge was invaluable, providing insights into the best places to visit, trek, and dine. Tanzen was of great help! **Food:** One of the highlights of the stay was the delicious home-cooked meals. Every meal was a feast, featuring local delicacies made with fresh ingredients. The traditional dishes were a treat, and the communal dining experience allowed for interesting conversations with fellow travelers and the hosts. **Location:** The homestay’s location was good, there was a way from back to avoid coming from main market. You could talk down to main market, 5min walk Highly recommended

Had a comfortable stay at Life Inn Spiti . We were lucky to get last minute bookings as booking is always full. The breakfast and dinner which we had was amazing and tasty. The family is very warm and friendly. Even the youngest member of the family, their daughter Kunga is also loveable and playful. Thank you for the wonderful stay and overall the locals of Spiti valley are very honest, welcoming , kind , loveable, helpful and down to earth people.

We had a great experience at Life Inn with the entire family. They treated us just like their own. The service was amazing too. The entire family is very welcoming and warm. We had some nice food. Had a great time with kunga (their daughter)
