Hotel Spiti Heritage

The most hospitable place I have been to! The people here were so good. The staffs welcomed all of us so well. We booked our trip from Soul of Trip and this was the best hotel of the lot. The soup is a must try! I don't remember the names of the staff boys and the manager; but all of them were very helpful and polite. Even the chef was so good. We were so confused with our food orders and changed a few time but they were all so polite and good that they did cater to our needs without saying anything. The rooms were very luxurious and the family room had a separate chamber with a bed with the beautiful view of the Kaza mountains. The foods were delicious. The bathroom was so big and clean. Will miss this place. Kaza was better for them. Thank you all from Kolkata!

Stayed one week with my girlfriend in a luxury room with perfect view on the mountains. In the shade of Kaza in a calm enviroment. You here the silence at night. Staff was really friendly and helpfull. Food was good, so no complains at all!! Keep it up..

After travelling for 3 hectic days we were craving for a good food and stay ..and with no hope we reached Spiti Heritage, Kaza but to our surprise this place didn't disappoint us. The food was really awesome and the rooms were clean. The hospitality was the best in our whole journey of Shimla and Spiti. The staff are the symbol of gratitude and friendliness. Kudos to the entire team of Spiti Heritage.

Food was okay, otherwise service was good. Good location near the police station and the highest fuel station. Be careful about stray dogs while taking a stroll.

What a view from the 3rd floor room! This hotel doesn't have a lift so be prepared to walk up - which is a bit difficult, considering the high altitude of Kaza. The beds come with electrical blankets which is extremely comfortable & useful in that cold weather. Take room 302 which has 2 sides open glass window for best view. Room 305 for proper 3 people sleeping. Guest service from the Manager and his team is outstanding - young man Rahul deserves a special mention. Keep it up...

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights on 6th & 7th July 2023. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 families. The hotel was good, rooms were clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast was simple and we opted for Bread toast / Poha (which was yummy) / Paratha. Could not expect more in a place like Kaza. Overall, nice hospitality. We travelled to Chandratral from Kaza and were expected to stay in Chandratral for 1 night and move on to Keylong. However, due to unexpected heavy snowfall, we were stranded in Chandratal for 5 days and once the road clearance was done, we return to Kaza since the road to Manali / Keylong were still blocked.|Upon return to Kaza, we did not spend time looking for another hotel and checked in into Hotel Spiti Heritage. We were surprised when the hotel staff mentioned that they will not charge anything from guests returning from Chandratal. Nice gesture....

This hotel is a hidden gem in Kaza. Undoubtedly, the best in hospitality, location, food and cleanliness. I recommend this hotel to all my friends who are off to Spiti. Close your eyes and book this property. The rooms on the top floor have surreal views. try and book those.
