Baspa Resort Kaza

I recently have a great experience staying at Baspa resort kaza with my 12 friends. The rooms were super clean and spacious plus the staf was very helpful and polite. They handled the group very well without any Chaos and the food was amazing.

Hotel staffs are just awesome...extremely hospitable and helpful...food is also very tasty...hotel view is great....inside ambience is extremely peaceful and beautiful...also hotel is located just 5 mins away from kaza civil hospital...please do book this hotel if u are planning to visit kaza...!!

The location of the hotel is unique and situated well nestled near the main market and the rooms and spacious, neat and clean. The room service is provided well but there might be inadequate supply of electricity due to rush of the peak season which affects in warm water. Rest the hotel is perfect to stay with very spacious balcony as well.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with clean bed sheets and pillows. The washroom was also clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food served was also good.

11/10/24,12/10/24..me and my family visited Baspa Resort..Their hospitality,service,behavior of staffs,food,views from room everything is beyond our expectation..My ma has faced critical situation due to dropping of oxygen level.Mr Honey of this Resort helped us at 2am to admit my Ma there at Kaza civil hospital..literally I am super satisfied with Baspa Resort ...I hope to visit there again in near future..

We were given rooms in the annexe probably due to last moment booking for change of plan in last minute. Rooms were so so but toilets are not good. We didn't have hot water in the toilet and there was no place to put cloths,not a hager or almirah. There was no chair in the room. Food was ok but service was poor.

Baspa hotel kaza nice and clean room staff so good and helpfull food so good I love stay baspa resort my family so happy baspa hotel sarvice. Best of luck baspa family hotel. Hotel manager so helpfull and soft spoken and very nice person. Last person I meet Mr. Rajeev so nice person. Thankyou mr. Rajeev bhai

Dear all travellers, Please read this review before booking your stay. The hotel manager Mr. Rajeev Negi had to go on his wedding leave and in his absence asked us to contact Mr. Heera singh. Upon arrival, we realised that the road to the hotel was way down the road and closed due to construction work. No one cared to inform us about the construction work, rather Mr. Heera singh who himself wasnt present at the hotel asked us to come using the same road, which was practically not possible due to piles of pebbles. While we walked up to the hotel, THERE WAS NO STAFF AND IRONICALLY THE STAFF HAD GONE TO PLAY CRICKET. Thr manager blatantly denied to refund our advance money and rather started abusing us over call saying that it hisnt his mistake that the road wasnt constructed. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, AS THE PEOPLE ARE NOT AT ALL COOPERATIVE AND ONLY RUDE.
