Hotel Mandala Spiti

We had a wonderful 1-night stay at Hotel Mandala last week which is just opposite the bus stand near Kaza market. The room was on the top floor with decent views of the mountains and the Spiti river. The room was neat & clean, and good in size. The washroom was clean and the geyser was working well. What is worth mentioning is its service which was very prompt and courteous. Thanks to the owner, Amit and his team for a memorable stay.

Went with my family and booked three rooms.. Clean room, superb food, staff are very polite. I would suggest you to stay here if you are travelling to kaza. Ask for any help and they are ready. Overall superb service...location wise also its very nice. If i travel to kaza, would surely stay there again.

Hotel is clean, easy to locate, facilities provided upto the mark. Owner no doubt very pleasing personality, as I celebrated my son's birthday and he made a cake for me. But faced some hospitality issue, may be because I went in off season. A request to prepare a menu card.

We have stayed here for three nights. It was a great experience. Hospitality is very good. They have two tandoor room which very important and USP of this hotel. Since tempture drops down till -20 in Dec, Jan and Feb. Food is very delicious. Specially Toasts and Aalloo Paratha in breakfast. Rooms are decent enough. Service is also very quick. So it was also an add on.

The property is beautifully managed. The facilities and services are up to the mark. Clean rooms, good food. For local insights one can ask the owners as they have amazing knowledge of things one can do while in spiti. !!Plus its open in winter aswell !! Kudos to the team for their hardwork and the spirit. Travelled March first week.👍

It is not right choice of yours. Rooms are small and services are very bad. This hotel runs due to travel agencies, like Himachal taxi today. So , I advise you to search another one. In Kaza , several hotels and homestay are available.

Staff is very nice, specially the owner is very helpful. Food is also good and the owner will make u feel at home. Any thing even which are not on menu if could be arranged would be prepared. The place is neat and clean and also has one almirah dedicated to the historic items and artifact. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking.

Owner and staff is very arrogant , highly charged and no facilities as promised charges extra penny for every requirements like heater , that wont even work because there is no electricity here so they wont alow to start heater in desiel generator and we do have to pay for such stupidity. Compared to the price the hotel rooms are very dirty and small beware the pics in online is fake.
