The Heritage Piti Jalsa

We stayed here in June-24; the road to Kaza is full of adventure and uncertanities but it’s worth to go for once. Remember to go in good vehicle (preferably 4x4) and in group.|Our stay at Kaza at this place was really nice, rooms & bathroom were big and linen were neat n clean. Food was really amazing.|It is worth to mention Mr Jaskaran (owner) of this place coz he will do his bestest to make your stay comfortable.|There is lot of power cut so be ready with your set of power bank.

Very overpriced for the quality of room and experience. I checked in and immediately canceled my booking. There are many other hotels offering similar service for 1,000rs per night, when Heritage Piti Jalsa is charging nearly 4,000rs.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel. The owner was very rude and unaccommodating. They have a strict policy against having tea in the room, with the excuse being that guests might spill it on the bed. The meal times were also very inconvenient. Dinner had to be eaten by 9:30 PM and breakfast by 8:30 AM, otherwise, no food would be provided. The hotel's location is another major downside. The road leading to the hotel is in terrible condition. You have to cross stinking drains and navigate through narrow alleys filled with stray dogs that bark at you. Parking is a nightmare. Your vehicle has to be left in a truck parking area about 200 meters away from the hotel. If you need to leave early, you have to carry your belongings to your car yourself as no staff is available before 7:30 or 8 AM. Overall, the owner's confrontational attitude and lack of helpfulness made the stay even worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best place to stay. Good ambiance, good food, staff is very friendly, veiw from the hotel is great. Friendly environment and Its a 100% recommend from me.

We stayed at Piti Jalsa for two days. Our host, Mr.Jaskaran, was very knowledgeable about the area, terrain, and road conditions, which greatly aided our planning to explore more places in the valley. The food is decent, and the views from the rooms are stunning. However, there is no direct access from your car to the hotel; you have to walk a short distance from the parking area. This is a common for most hotels in the area. Overall, it’s a good place to unwind when you are in Kaza.

Literally stayed at the property for 7 days and had the best time possible. Jaskaran, the owner also runs an 4*4 adventure troop himself. He showed me areas around Spiti that I had not discovered before. It was snowing this year in April and I remember Jaskaran running to the shops at 9 pm just to get me chocolates because I asked for one. Will be visiting the property again in winters and looking forward to more adventures. The rooms are an upgrade compared to what most hotels in Kaza offer for the same price. If you are visiting Kaza. Go for it. Cheers. Happy spitying!

Rooms are ok.. but floo6r are shaky. Food is good. But u have eat by 9.30pm and morning food only after 8am. The road leads to the hotel is extremely dirty and filty. You have to cross drains literally. Owner is rude to the core. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

This place is nothing less than heaven on Earth and The Heritage Piti Jalsa does a remarkable job in respecting the same and bringing you at par to enjoy each and every moment. To be such detailed oriented with such challenging conditions is a hats off to the owner Jaskaran and his team. A must visit place to be at if you want to enjoy each and every moment. Thank you for having us.. and for everything from the beautiful rooms and delicious meals! Best part they even covered our car for us too keep it warm.. all the best for the future..can't wait to visit again! Thank you once again Jaskaran and team!
