I recently stayed at Zhiwaling Hotel and Restaurant and had an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Special thanks to the manager, Suresh, for his attentiveness and dedication. The food was another highlight of our stay. Each meal was delicious and well-prepared, catering to both local and international tastes. The dining experience truly exceeded our expectations. The staff displayed a high level of professionalism and courtesy, fitting perfectly with the hotel's corporate environment. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. One morning, we had an early departure, and the team, showing incredible thoughtfulness, woke up early to prepare a packed breakfast for us. This gesture made a significant difference and highlighted their dedication to guest comfort. Overall, our stay at Zhiwaling Hotel and Restaurant was memorable, thanks to the great service, excellent food, and the commendable efforts of Suresh and his team. A worst experience ever! Whatever you asked for , their manager said NO only. We stayed for 2 nights, but we didn’t notice best service in any way. A rude/ arrogant manager, his expression was like whenever we have house full then only we arrange all the things. C’mon man!! People are travelling from thousands of KM and you can’t serve a cup of tea? Disappointed! - no bisleri - no tea/coffee - no electricity backup - no solar for hot water - no arrangements for lunch/dinner

Great hotel with spacious rooms and warm hospitality. Loved the stay. Cooking is super tasty with any order fulfilled. They are always at service. We stayed for 2N. Will miss the food.
