Shangrila kasol

We visited during the Christmas, although the Google reviews were concerning I gave it a shot. Here is the review: 1. This place is away from the hustle bustle of the roads. 2. Right next to the river one can easily witness the beautiful river front. 3. The owner is extremely kind, all the requests are catered and he went extra mile to take care of our luggage and offered us to wait for few more hours after the checkout since our bus was later in the evening. 4.There are steps that one needs to take up to the hotel, but their staff carries all the luggage so that's not much of a problem. 5. Rooms are very clean and tidy, it's a very comfortable stay compared to the other stays we were at Kasol.

Nice wooden rooms and the staff was very good and very helpful. The hotel owner was also very good late night dinner was available around 1 AM. There was free bonfire in the night and the morning. Best property to stay in kasol.Must try this hotel.

Worst hosts the owner is money minded. I booked 4 rooms 15 days prior she cancelled 1 day before because she realised she’s getting more price for the same. Specially mentioned it was my husband birthday. Still she had the audacity to blame us the f payment was not paid although I told her will be giving full cash once we reach we are on roads from 9 am till 3 pm

This is the best place which i visit with my friends we enjoy here because staff is very supportive every person treat us like a family member thanks shangrila next time i stay again in this hotel only

Wooden furnished rooms with good view of hills, restaurant is also good with special lightings , room tariff is reasonable as per the rooms. Home made style food available.

The hotel is absolutely very good Before this hotel was given to someone else but now the owner himself is looking after the hotel nd let me tell you the hotel is 10/10 in every aspect. The best part is the hospitality of the owner. Bonfire is the second best thing.
