Had a lovely experience at the hotel with my family. The rooms were clean and spacious, staff was friendly, and the food was excellent.Everything felt safe and well-managed.I would definitely suggest this hotel for better experience.

Me and my friends checked in on a very short notice, they arranged everything for us. Very friendly and helpful behaviour.Peaceful surrounding also enhances your stay. Local Bus services available from the hotel in every 20-30 minutes. Rooms are very beautiful and have enough space with a very spacious washroom. They have separate cupboard for your laggage. Seating in the Balcony and enjoying the Rohtang pass range view is the best part. Owners are very friendly and helpful in nature. I would recommend this hotel for your better experience.

I booked 4 king rooms for 3 nights. Stayed there with my family and everything was just awesome. Staff was very cooperative they even provided room services late at night around 1a.m. View was just perfect from every room's balcony. We couldn't find any better property than New Rewat Residency. Had one of the best time.

Worst service ever. My families stayed 03 nights recently at this hotel. Total 4 rooms were booked with breakfast and dinner. But the quality and quantity of breakfast and dinner was worst. In breakfast they provide only Aalu ka Paratha only. Not provided curd, pickle etc. for 03 days ,they provide only Aalu ka Paratha every morning nothing change. In dinner, they provide limited quantity of food and also quality of food very bad. They also not provide even salad in dinner, Sugar and pickle in morning breakfast. Our family by own purchased Curd. Room service is also very bad. Every day their staff misbehaved with family members during breakfast and dinner. If anyone specially with families and friends going to Manali and plan to stay there. Please don't do as they are ready to spoil your trip.

The view from the hotel is good. And the service is also average. But the only problem is that the accommodation is not good. Bathrooms are not clean and rooms are not clean. The bedsheets, bathroom lights , floor mat everything was not good. If you really work on those things , it would be more convenient
