We spend 4 days in this property and I want to say that the food quality was unbeatable and behavior of their staff is so polite and friendly. The rooms are neat and clean and also very comfortable for families too. At last I wanna recommend you this property for sure and on your first priority while staying in manali.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Food and Service at Hotel Green Manali My recent stay at Hotel Green Manali was deeply disappointing due to serious issues with food quality, hygiene, and service. Firstly, I ordered noodles, but they were far worse than even basic instant noodles like Maggi—completely tasteless and poorly prepared. Things became even more concerning when I found a hair in my breakfast. Shockingly, the same issue occurred again during dinner. To make matters worse, the next morning, I found a lipstick mark on one of the cups used for breakfast, which was extremely unhygienic. When I raised these concerns with the hotel receptionist, they refused to acknowledge the problems and were unwilling to take any responsibility. This lack of professionalism and accountability added to my frustration. These incidents reflect a severe lack of cleanliness and customer care at Hotel Green Manali. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve hygiene and service standards. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would recommend hotel like seven hills which is in shimla

Extremely Disappointing Hotel, Power cut, please carry power bank because no electricity.. power cut was there. My recent stay at Hotel Green Manali was deeply disappointing due to serious issues with hygiene(very bad towels) blanket was bad, kettle was provided but electric cable was not given. (towel & kettle images attached) Very bad hygiene

Rooms are good. But food is absolutely worst. If you are gujarati... Than avoid this hotel. Food is not at all goood. Staff is also less responsive. Location is also odd. It is located in between market. Very less naturality around. Avoid if possible.

We had stayed here for 3 nights. Room was neat and clean. However geyser was having some issues. Sometimes water was not getting hot. Also, food quality and taste was average. Room heater is chargeable but it is small in size. Hotel location is far from mall road.

We stayed in this hotel in mid April for 3 nights. Rooms are spacious but balcony is narrow and view is blocked by opposite building, unless you are in top floor. Location is far from Mall road and its not walkable after dark. Regarding service my experience is very poor, staff is not polite at all. The behaviour is very rude. on my checkout day as I had kids i needed some 10-15 minutes extra, for that Hotel Manager said no you have to leave at 11 anyhow. Also charged extra for my 6 year old kid although we didn't asked any extra mat or blanket. Breakfast also is not good, and many times you have to wait to get it as vessels will be empty. Worst part is the behaviour of the staff.
