OYO The Countryside Resort

I went to this site from 30-5-19 to 2-5-19 with family & Friends total we are 10 peoples exclude children. Our room was booked but we were late bcz its long trip with family we took many stoppages during the journey. We reach to the property then hotel staff said your rooms are not ready yet you have to wait. Our 5 rooms were booked in some rooms no Geasor, no shower, Pot shower also leaked. After complaining many times but no response till checkout. I Suggest you not to buy BREAKFAST & DINNER. Our package includes unlimited buffet but their buffets short both days and they said we are finished with this item. We also suggest them to add rice but didnt response during the dinner time and we dont had rice with our dinr which is includes in our buffet package. Worst experience. Please dont go to this property.

I mean the experience in this place can be a lot better if the managements starts paying a little more attention , like atleast hot water and such things should be taken care of and what the package entails should also be kept in full disclosure so all I have to say is that they need to improve a lot ; like really a lot |

Nice place.... loved the peolpe , rooms and the view ...its so amazing...now the demerits ..as u enter the road from the main road its so narrow and the road is so damaged ...dont take big vehicle in here otherwise a great place
