Location and rooms are much more than we expected. The service is also good.. the food is awesome. Walkable distance to Mall road.. overall a great experience in room no. 307.. the most memorable experiences we've got from this particular room

Had a pleasant experience staying in the hotel. Very well mannered staff and services provided were excellent. The receptionist listened to our queries and provided very reasonable solutions starting from arranging cabs for the trip to Solang Valley as well as providing any extra information that we needed. Overall, i had a very good experience and would definitely recommend people planning to go to Manali to choose this as a place for their stay. 👍🏼👍🏼

Manager Mr Mohammed Anwar 100%target Customer satisfaction first. He treated us with warm hospitality. Room service monitoring was done well. We requested food out of the menu card which he arranged. We had delicious food. Room was also clean. Service boy is also good . Manager out of his duty he helped us to enjoy our trip.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MANAGER ANWAR AT HOTEL SHANTI RESIDENCY, MANALI I recently visited Manali with my family and unfortunately had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Shanti Residency. I must say, it was an absolutely dreadful experience, primarily due to the atrocious behavior of the manager, Anwar. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that the hotel was far from satisfactory. The room was in a deplorable state, with dirt and grime everywhere, making us question the cleanliness standards of the establishment. The washroom was even worse, with a pathetic state and a broken lock. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they shamelessly denied any responsibility, claiming that the lock was intact when they handed us the keys. It was an obvious attempt to evade accountability. To make matters worse, when we tried to reason with the manager, Anwar, he displayed an appalling level of rudeness and hostility. His behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Rather than addressing our concerns and offering a solution, he shouted at us, causing unnecessary distress and ruining what was supposed to be an enjoyable trip for our family. Adding insult to injury, our booking at Hotel Shanti Residency included breakfast, but the staff flat out refused to honor it. It was clear that they had no regard for the commitments made during the booking process, and their refusal to provide the included meal only added to our disappointment and frustration. What was particularly disheartening was the manager's attempt to belittle us by pointing out that the hotel owner is a retired officer. Such behavior is not only disrespectful but also highlights the lack of professionalism and customer service ethics within the establishment. As paying guests, we deserved to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of the owner's background. In conclusion, my experience at Hotel Shanti Residency was marred by the abhorrent behavior of manager Anwar. His rudeness, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer satisfaction truly ruined our entire trip. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel unless you are willing to subject yourself to a hostile environment and an utter lack of basic amenities and services. I sincerely hope that the management takes note of this review and takes immediate action to rectify the situation, ensuring that no other guest has to endure such a distressing experience.

Arrogant, unprofessional and rude management specifically from receptionist. The food they say complementary but they expect all the people in the room to have same menu so that they cook only one breakfast. Upon that their behaviour towards the customer is very bad, they doesn't know how to treat customer. The hotel people remove power supply in the morning, which made us to get ready late and miss the places and they can’t even give extra towels.and because of their service we had to vacate hotel one day before and move to another Pathetic behaviour! I suggest no one to choose this hotel for anyone.

Worst hotel in manali!!! The manager is so arrogant and rude. The food is terrible, there is no lock in bathrooms. Dirty bed sheets, there is no view from balcony. Other hotels in manali is cheap and better than this hotel. The manager thinks he is somekind of don. When we asked for clean bedsheet he started shouting and said you are outsiders you can't do anything here. We left the hotel on first day and went to Kenilworth hotel nearby. That was better in terms of everything. Just avoid staying at Shanti residency.

Hotel Shanti Residency in Manali was a nightmare due to the manager, Anwar. The room was dirty, the bathroom had a broken lock, and the staff denied our included breakfast. Anwar's rude behavior and lack of professionalism ruined our trip. Avoid this hotel for a better experience elsewhere.

Hotel is situated near to mall, nice view from balcony u can see view of snow mountain Park and kid area is good Dinning is good Room service is good Especially manager Mohammed Anwar good support from check in to check out 👍
