They take advantage of travellers since the hotel is Located at a good location. Touts tooks us directly to the hotel by grabbing us with cheap deal. The hotel bathroom condition was pathetic and worst. The pillows nd bed sheets were dirty, when asked for change they denied saying that the sheets are clean according to them. The toilets condition was horrible as it's very unhygienic and dirty. Overall pathetic condition for cheap deal. Beware of this hotel for its good location rather take another hotel nearby.

One of the best hotels, you can worth your money. The staffs is so friendly an flexible. The room service, and other valuable information they provided to us were much helpful for us to make our stay at Manali, a comfortable one. The Hotel is located at Mall Road, right opposite to the Bus stand (please do not follow the Google Map). Therefore, it is the best suited location for you, if you are looking for the locational advantage.

I have taken room for two days from fab hotels. Literally it's not even worth to pay 500 for this hotel per night without knowing i payed 2.5k. For heater they will charge extra. Room is ok. But washroom is terrific. Not able to touch the bucket and mug. Very bad experience. Don't manipulate by reading good reviews it's because they force people to write review or feedback there itself. Not even worth of 1 star.
