Hotel O Mall Road

I booked a room at Pushpak Hotel through OYO app and paid for it. The manager told me that there are no rooms available here. That is cheating. He told me rooms are available but not at OYO rates. These are very dirty rooms and it is not fair…..

Booked room from OYO. Got insurance from Acko. Staff says no insurance can save us from this scam. Rooms will be only given to VIP guests who pay triple the price. This place should be listed in the Stock Market.

People book and confirm rooms via apps and when they arrive at the hotel the management refuses to provide room and bargain for double rates.. Pathetic service with arrogant attitude..

Though booked well in advance via OYO the staff denied us the facility and was bargaining for higher price. Do not suggest this place.

If we book room in advance here , they selling the same room for higher rate and refusing to give that room to us
