The owner is very aggressive and dangerous, please be careful if staying here. He demanded more money than agreed upon check out then tried to physically lock me in a room and take me prisoner. Also there is no Wi-Fi and is very basic. Often no one available at reception. Steer clear!

I recently stayed at Hotel Park View near Mall Road, Manali, with my family and two staff members, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The service was appalling right from the start. The owner demanded extra money beyond what was agreed upon, which was completely unprofessional and unethical. The condition of the rooms was deplorable. They were dirty and clearly not maintained well, making our stay uncomfortable. The bathrooms were in an even worse state, with very poor hygiene standards. What made the situation intolerable was the complete lack of basic amenities. We were promised WiFi access, which was nonexistent. Simple requests like tea, coffee, or even boiling milk for my kids were outright refused, which was shocking and unacceptable for any hospitality business. The demand for payment in advance was another red flag about their service and business practices. It’s evident that Hotel Park View is not concerned about guest satisfaction or providing a pleasant experience. This stay completely ruined our trip to Manali. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It’s clear that the management has no regard for guest comfort or basic hospitality standards.

First of all this is not a hotel, it's a zoo. Bugs, spiders, rats, cats everywhere. The room I booked was so dirty and unhygienic with loose taps and no geyser working. At late night drunk people roamed around in hotel like it's a bar shouting, whistling and screaming. Not a safe place for a girl to stay. Nothing was good. Tv didn't work. No wifi. This was the worst ambiance I've ever seen in my life. I will never book this hotel even not in my dreams. This Hotel is a nightmare. Staff switch off all the lights of hotel and person have to find his room in so dark. Couples and girl's stay away from this hotel otherwise you guys will suffer alot.

First of all it should be named as Car Parking View Hotel. The owner and the staff are very irresponsible and irritating. Girls travelling alone should avoid this hotel coz the staff are very weird and they enter your room without permission. The owner asked us to switch off the lights coz it will coz more electricity bill. The geyser and the tv are not working in every room. So be prepared to use the ic cold water in the washroom. There is no jet spray in the toilet. The size of the rooms are like match box. They change the bedsheet and pillow covers only if you told them to do. There are no amenities in rooms. In short, the hotel is the worst. Dont ever stay in this place.

This is one of the best hotel situated on the centre of the Mall Road, near Model Town, Manali. It has close access to all the nearby facilities. If you are looking for a cheap and affordable stay for your trip, this is the place. The host Abhijeet Singh is very soft spoken and well disciplined along with the staff members.

Cleanliness - Room was full of kachra and insects were also there to accompany Door was not getting closed properly, kind of gym fingers are still paining. Fan was missing by saying not needed at all In toilet none of the tap working expented Mirrors were full of stains, unable to see even my face None of the features failed to spoil my trip

I choose this hotel because price were cheap but toilet water leakage in bathroom from the top. Water heater doesn’t work most of the time . Next day He Ask for extra money but when we denied than he told us to leave the hotel. Aggressive behaviour 😐😐

Very clean and service was nice,very comfortable for family.The best part is the owner of the hotel was very helping and kind in nature..Abhijeet (owner) helped us a lot and guided us,I highly recommend this hotel..Excellent hotel with excellent location at the center of the city..
