Worst experience. Never stay in that hotel you have better hotels at reasonable price there. Just search n come. Services are pathetic. Ramesh the reception guy is terrible, no respect for guest.

All over was good, room was okay, I ordered food, and food was good like home,hotel was near to mall road, staff was good also, but you need to clean your blanket & combles.. Combles was very dirty, and humare room ki balcony band karke rakhi thi, jisse hum bahar khade nahi ho sake. Rest was okay 🤞

Worst hotel in Manali they are just fraud and make a excuse that they can't refund the money and they have 0 maintenance,and the behaviour of talking is very rude soo plzz just don't waste your money on this hotel

Not really the best place to stay. Things started falling apart as soon as we rented the room here. Main door latch came off. The curtains came down. Bad beddings and really poorly trained staff. The street outside is a menace. Cars parked on each side of a very narrow street causing traffic jam all the time. There is too much noise pollution all around even at night. We had to stay here as a last resort as the rest of the Manali was booked on account of peak season. Low price hotel in close proximity to the bus stand.

We booked through goibibo and we got the room pretty cheap. We just had to spend the night. It was not very luxurious but had hot water and was clean .Overall it was a very good experience since we spent most of the time on the Mall Road and returned pretty late.

I've visited of this hotel last month with my 8 friends. Its really beautiful hotel and room and also their staff. And especially thanks to Manager for help us. I never forgot you. The manager arranged my all program from Shimla to manali and also Rothangpass with very low price. Very good journey and experience for me and my friends.
