Hotel New Ambika International(Mall Road Hotel)

Had comfortable stay at Hotel. Staffs are very polite. Rooms were kept properly clean before check in. Room is having balcony which will give beautiful landscape view of Manali .Returning back to home with sweet memories. Thank you all for beautiful hospitality.

Very close to Mall Road, good parking space, we stayed in Deluxe family suite for 3 nights, Hotel is very well maintained & rooms are spacious. Mountains view from room & terrace was awesome (better than the expectations). Food was deliciousas. Recommended.

Great stay in the heart of manali.|Just a minute from mall road. |You can easily go around by foot without worrying about the distance. It's feasible and has good views too.|Good for family, solo, couple. |Highly recommend this hotel.|My family and I had a good time.

Good and nice stay. Good behaviours received from the staffs. Pleasant and relaxing rooms and maintaining good cleanliness, in short hygiene and well maintained. Food quality is good and on time serving makes them perfect and disciplined.

Everything is good and food and Very good service .ample parking space is there which is a must in Season timing .lobby was beautiful,rooms are spacious,washrooms are clean with bathroom amenities.Smart TV are in rooms .Ceiling fans are ther in the room

Very close to Mall Road, spacious rooms with mountain view, taste of food is very good. Recommended.

This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during from 26 November and 27 November. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Excellent hospitality service.

A BIGGGGG 'NO', If you are planning to book a room here, below are the reasons: I traveled recently with my family in last week of December 2023. 1. Booked room: Although I had booked my room a week before my arrival, the room was not available and I had to wait with my family for 4 hours in the lobby area and this was really annoying as we were quite tired from the overnight journey. More annoying thing was, I had already told them that I'd reach on 'X' time but still they couldn't manage to get us a room. 2. Rooms: I booked a classic room with price of 2500 per night but the room was totally a waste, I wouldn't pay more than 500 for such a room. It's design is quite old, no proper lights, no proper charging points. The construction is quite old. 3. Bathroom: Geyser doesn't work here and the hot water tap doesn't work either, I also saw other guests in the hotel complaining about the geyser. They don't provide proper dental kit and other stuffs. 4. Service: Not great either, I ordered only hot chocolate and after reminding twice, they didn't serve. 5. Heater: They don't have the facility to provide room heater, they will just give a small heater using which you can warm your hands, legs and that too only one person at a time. ALL IN ALL, OUR EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE HERE AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO BOOK A ROOM HERE.
