Adarsh Annexe(A Unit Of BBH Hotels)

The best hotel stay so far on our trip to Himachal probably because of its association with Bharat Booking. The manager seemed really humble, honest, and caring towards us. Location is near the Manali Mall road, perfect for local shopping and exploring. The hotel staff is really helpful and friendly. Mukund helped us really well and made us feel really comfortable in our stay of 3 nights. Ask for him, if you visit he's really a great young fellow. He took great interest in our daily activities and told us about the locality too. In India its rare to see such great hospitality from meager staff at a hotel. Food served in the buffet was served well, was delicious, hygienic, and well presented. You feel completely relaxed and at home here. Room was cleaned when required. I would love to stay here again on my next Manali trip. Big thanks to Mukund he deserves all the praise.

Overpriced hotel with no basic amenities of heater, kettle. The bedsheets weren't changed nor the bathroom was cleaned. The film of dust floated all around the room. Even the food was below average. Save your bucks and find a better hotel on mall road at half the price.

Hotel rooms was too good and clean, specially hotel staff was so helpful, specially Mr. Krishan ji, and food was so tasty, I would recommend to everyone for this hotel, please give them one opportunity to serve. You will feel like there as you are stay in your house. I am so much happy from all sides. One more thing this hotel is in Mall road, so you can go any where in manali, Mall road is the pause area of Manali, so If you get this hotel to stay, then its too good.

Location of Adarsh annexe is Very good just on Mall road.They arranged our check in at 08:00 am without any cost. Daily breakfast dinner and special evening tea is provided. Hot water 24 hrs available and provide hot water for drinking too.Rooms were specious and cleaned. Food quality was excellent.Staff is very cooperative. All over experience was owesome, fantastic. We booked 02 rooms for 03 nights. Thanks for such a nice experience.

Location wise this hotel is extremely super If I have to give rating basis on location then 5/5 But the interior of hotel is not that much fine We feel like we R in dark room. I suggest them to renovate it Bcoz now a days normal hotel also have super interior. The cleaning of hotel is fine In my room they don't have flooring with tiles . There is red mat instead of tiles and there are many insects in between flooring and red mat.

We booked this hotel from 27th-29th December during peak season. Room was 'almost' neat. Bathroom was not clean, no toilet paper. Used soap was there, bathroom was wet with no sweeping. They forgot to keep towels, we notified this to them to no avail, we got our towels next day. Can't say about Normal days but during peak season hotel staff was unable to provide a good experience.

We reached 10.30pm in a hotel but they r ready to welcome us with smiley face. They provide hot water as well as hot water to drink too. All staff is very cooperative. All over experience was owesome,fantastic. Special thanks for RAVINDAR bcz he gave us a such a nice experience.
