Hotel Relax , Old Manali

Hot water big issue. We were only customers in January second week. The two boys handling will care much if you keep them happy high. Cafe outside is amazing for staying and sitting overnight. View is beautiful from this place and price very affordable. Rooms are decent

I visited last year on occasion of new year with my brother, we get worst experience with this worst hotal which we never get forgot in our life, hotal manager with his staff (all are local) attacks on us, give us warning to kill us. Took us captive, and locked us in the room, they Harasshed us. Only issue of room service and water issue in washroom. After so many complaints regarding services, They start arguing and doing this. Manager is Abhay. He was an criminal minded person. Unsafe place in old manali. We logged an FIR against the Manager and Staff. I suggest never visit this Relax hotel in Manali.

I travelled to old manali for the first time and must say it was total worth it. Thanks to the owner Abhay. He was extremely kind and best host. Quick food service. Chilled out cafe to hangout. Feels like home away from home. Must try. Possibly the best and safest place in old manali.

Really a good stay with the hotel Relax, no rush in paying rent,, calm place and got little garden, neat rooms and hot water... Private restaurant... Hope to see you next time Aby bro...!🥰 Supportive staff

Peaceful environment, well maintained, neat and clean with nice food and good services. Nice scenic views and a nice garden on the front to sit and relax..... The rooms are simple and sufficient...a great place to stay in manali

I use to stay in relax guest house, every time I were in manali, always the same room, down at the ground floor. It's so beautiful and quiete place and rooms are big enough for small price
