OYO 9483 Himalayan Ecstacy Cottages

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The WiFi didn't work, causing inconvenience. We had constant water problems. The staff's rudeness added to the unpleasant experience, especially when they entered the room without knocking. Additionally, the doors rattling on their own and creating noise was unsettling. Overall, a stay marred by technical issues and poor service. But the food was good , so I’ll only rate this place for their food .

I’ll start by saying we made a Terrible decision to stay here ! Extremely rude owner ! Completely Money minded with a 0 hospitality policy !! These people don’t know the works of how a hotel/Homestay function! In addition to the above - bathroom tiles were stained and dirty , room service was terrible . The overall atmosphere created by the owner made us feel unwelcome and undervalued as guests. I would caution anyone considering this hotel to be prepared for potential interactions with unfriendly and unhelpful owner. Hospitality should be a cornerstone of any hotel experience, and unfortunately, Himalayan Ecstacy fell far short of expectations in this regard. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. I would give this place a 0 star rating ! Way above disappointing!

Worst Experience - All the electricity plugs burnt out, no TV, lights fused. Informed hotel manager and requested a new room, He told us that no room is available. And seems like we were the only ones at that hotel. Had to extend for one more day because of our trip to solang, requested to change room next day, got to know not available. Only USP was that this hotel was cheap on OYO Rooms on that day.

you think you are going to get a good hotel but in the end you get like a motel 6, it truely is very low end. the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms very basic, i think its just the value for money is where we had our problems, how i still do not understand we could have paid so much to stay there. Food was fine. The location is good.

The stay was great. kind and polite staff. Little bit away from market where you can find peace and calm.can't wait to visit again. Special thanks to Mr.Sonu Malhotra for providing us such a great hospitality.

Horrible experience ever... We were a batch of 19 people and were celebrating New year 2020 in Manali and I had booked the whole of cottage.... But on the day of arrival, I come to know that 3 of the rooms on the top floor is already given to some of owners "friends" We were exhausted from the overall train journey and therefore everybody just adjusted with whichever room they were allotted to... Now comes to worst part.... *) Literally No Caretaker so basically if you need anything, you are on your own... *) When we stepped into our rooms, 19 people were fit into 4 rooms, coz few were already in use and the remaining that was rightfully ours wasn't cleaned by the caretaker claiming he was to do in the morning but we came late night so the issue... I mean like wow... *) We Had breakfast and dinner included in our package but on New year's Eve, since the owner was hosting a new year party, we weren't given dinner at all... *) We were a total of 19 people but the breakfast would be made for 6-7 people only including Tea... And Coffe was never there... Reason if asked for less breakfast would be the respective ingredients are over and the market hasn't opened yet.... That's how they treat their customers *) Out of all the rooms we had, I think only 2-3 rooms geysers worked and that's bad news if you going there in winter... Well every individual has a different experience with a particular place and this was my experience here definitely the worst for me... I strongly believe in customer service in this type of industry, and from the experience I got here, would not recommended this place to anybody.... Interior wise and ambiance, it's a 4/5 no doubt about it... But customer service -1/5 Personal suggestion: If you are booking it only for stay purpose without using any other facilities like food, then do not book the ground floor rooms.... It is right next to the reception, and sadly if any outsider wishes to use the washroom urgently, you know which room it is😁

Fantastic room. Superb view from outside balcony. Mountains on one side and apple fields on other. Decent food, good service. Totally worth it.

No staff available..no food court..mall road is far off..a secluded place..the staff bought food from a dhaba and that too after 1 hour of order..towels were provided after 3 requests..rooms stink..no heaters as according to staff as all were burnt or occupied..taps have extremely low pressure of hot water..very dirty water..pethatic washroom toilet jets..how can you survive in snowy -10° night without a heater..no service..poor..never visit this place..atleast i will never ..
