Spacious, clean rooms. Great food and service. Everything we ordered was amazing. Staff is great helped us plan pur itinerary, suggested great places. Location is also great old manali and hidimba temple are at a walking distance. PS - deducted 1 star on room just because the wifi was not working

I genuinely loved my stay here! The vibe was so peaceful and cozy, the staff were super kind and welcoming, and the food was also very delicious and yum! Plus, the view stole my heart. 🤍🏔️

Absolutely loved this place! The room had a perfect view of the snow-capped mountains — magical both day and night. Cozy, peaceful, and just what you need for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

The management is not good- no toilet rolls, very dusty furniture, towels at extra cost which I have never seen in any hostel, and check out at 10am! In a hostel with sharing washrooms I was troubled for basic washroom facilities and was asked to pay more if we couldn't get ready by 10am. I have lived in so many places and 12pm is the checkout, even after that in hostels I have always been asked to clear the bed and continue waking up if needed because you get friendly with so many people at the property. But if you're stuck it has good beds, hot water in washroom, decent food, and the working staff is very kind and cordial :)

The view, the view andddddd the view..what can I say about the hotel that hasn't been said already probably. I was excited enough to visit Manali and didn't give that much attention to the hotel part as I knew it would be awesome anyway. But as soon as the we entered the hotel premise, I knew I was up for something special. The room didn't disappoint and moreover made me jump like a child (actually did that once the hotel staff was gone 😉). To be honest, the rooms were so clean and neat that I felt compelled to keep it tidy even more. . The food were a bit pricey and service took it's own time sometimes. But, when you have such a pleasant view to witness who's got time for complaining. The hotel is a bit far from the Mall road so you've to take an auto or walk to go to the action area. But we did like the absence of hue and cry that we would've seen had we resided near the Mall road.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!||This was hands down the WORST hotel experience I have ever had, and the main culprit behind this disaster was none other than MR. NITIN KHEMI (receptionist). His rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful attitude made our stay an absolute nightmare. This man has zero professionalism, zero courtesy, and zero sense of customer service. His behavior was so disrespectful and insulting that I am honestly shocked he is still employed at this place. If the management has any concern for their reputation, they should immediately get rid of him because he is single-handedly driving customers away.||||We booked two rooms, and both were DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY. The bedsheets were dirty, there were hairs all over the bed, and it was obvious that no cleaning had been done before we checked in. It felt like someone had just used the rooms and walked out, and the staff didn’t even bother to change the sheets. To make matters worse, the geyser wasn’t working in 0°C temperatures, and instead of fixing it, the staff thought it was acceptable to give us one single bucket of hot water borrowed from another room. What kind of pathetic service is this? On top of that, there was no handwash or soap dispenser in the bathroom. How is this even remotely acceptable in a hotel?||||And the problems didn’t stop there! No electricity for an hour, breakfast was delayed by an hour, and when we asked for answers, we got nothing but dismissive responses. We booked directly from the AltLife official site, and nowhere was there any mention of a strict check-in or check-out time. Due to all these ridiculous issues caused by the hotel, we had a clear discussion with MR. NITIN KHEMI, and HE HIMSELF AGREED that we could check out at 12 PM. But this guy, being the arrogant, two-faced, and completely unprofessional person he is, suddenly changed his stance at checkout and spoke to us in a way that was beyond rude and unacceptable. His tone, attitude, and overall behavior were shockingly disrespectful, as if he was doing us a favor by even talking to us.||||I drove 1,300 km to stay at AltLife, expecting to have a pleasant experience like I did before, but this time, it was an absolute disaster. And MR. NITIN KHEMI was the CHERRY ON TOP OF THIS NIGHTMARE. His disgusting attitude, complete lack of basic manners, and outright hostility made it clear that he does not care about guests or the hotel’s reputation. If this is the kind of unprofessional and arrogant staff AltLife employs, then I will NEVER return and will make sure to warn everyone I know to stay far away from this place.||||MR. NITIN KHEMI RUINED OUR STAY AND OUR TRIP. His behavior was SHOCKINGLY BAD, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this property unless you want to be treated like garbage by their receptionist.||||I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. STAY FAR AWAY unless you want to waste your money, ruin your trip, and be disrespected by the most arrogant and incompetent receptionist ever! 🚨🚨🚨

Perfect place located in the heart of MANALI, close ti old manali and walking distance from the Mall road. Food is awesome and ao is the vibe. Come to Manali for peace or exploring, do visit Alt Life

The stay is situated towards the outskirts of Old Manali but situated at a walkable distance from the centre, allowing one to explore other cafes nearby. Great Views! Great Service!
