NillI recently had an unfortunate encounter with a service that left much to be desired. The level of hospitality was far from satisfactory, and I felt compelled to share my experience.i was doing WHF and his WiFi comes and goes with power break down and its always fluctuating , electric switches not working , door bell not working, TV not working were not working From the moment I arrived it was just like a deserted place no one was there apart from me on the floor , so due to bed weather and as I was doing WFH I communicated that will continue here till further notice but suddenly they called and informed me that a large group has checked in so you need to shift somewhere, Communication was lacking I informed staffs regarding my stay but it’s not been conveyed to actual owner sitting in delhi , leaving me frustrated and unattended. Moreover, the overall quality of service left a lot to be desired. It's disheartening when expectations are not met, especially in an industry that heavily relies on customer satisfaction. I believe there's ample room for improvement in both service and hospitality to meet the standards one would reasonably expect. In summary, my experience was regrettably disappointing, and I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism for the establishment to enhance its service and hospitality for future patrons. Never opt for this hotel Specifically the owner Suman Dogra’s behaviour is not good

NillRoom timing was very poor check in time was 11 am and room was alloted at 2 pm and food service was not good although food was good and location area was also bad hotel road was not good and no lift accomodation was there
