Worst experience, from the time we entered in room. No lift and they gave us room on 5th floor, unhygienic rooms with fouel smell. Had to beg to place basic amenities in room, No hot water in bath room. Worst part was they denied serving food and the owner refused to provide cutlery he even asked us to arrange disposal from market at 11:30pm in night. Would like to give negative rating here which is not their is option. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL

The most worst experience...can't find adjectives to describe how awful my experience was...never ever book this hotel....there absolutely no manager in reception at the time of check-in and gave used rooms without cleaning after taking money for deluxe rooms.Behaved rudely when asked for cleaning.....No lift....DEAD TELEPHON.....NO ROOM SERVICE....NO HOT WATER...before 7.... at top floor barely got water for bath....staffs not even helped with our bags and asking for more and more tips....GHATIYA HOTEL!!

There isn't any option for zero or negative rating.. And It still feels bad to even rate a single star for such a terrible experience of the stay here. Do stay here if you are amused by lack of electricity and hot water well sometimes even no water at all, dirty bedsheets and towels, shabby environment, dreadful room service, awful food, even tea takes 2 hours to reach the room and that too comes cold. They may even lent out your room to someone else if you come back late after sight seeing... 🤷‍♀️ Most hilarious of all is the Hotel's name is Comfort Inn... 😂

Very nice hotel. Good location near river. Room interior wooden and beautiful. Stayed for 2 days 2 weeks before. Food was just delicious, very good hotel staff, hot water available... Awesome view from room balcony. If get chance to come to Manali again will definitely come to this hotel.

Terrible hotel. Atrocious staff. Absolutely no comfort to be found in this 'comfort inn'. There's no water available - either drinking water or for bathing. The food was horrible. There's no power back up and regular power outages. No cleanliness. Poor service by the wait staff. Would not recommend at all.
