Hotel Manali Queen, Manali

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel Manali queen and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The hotel's modern decor and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was also perfect, within walking distance to many popular attractions.

Wouldn't wish my worst enemy a stay here. Disgusting place fill with bugs and rodents. Found bugs in room. We showed the staff and requested a room change but instead of helping we were met with abusive language. No sort of hospitality. Not a safe place for family. Stay away Would give a negative rating if there were an option.

It's was a pathetic stay. I. The first day we did. Not have electricity thus we all had to bath in cold water, no phone charged. They have generator but won't work. Didn't have water coming in the morning on the second day. They asked us to goto nearby hotel and there it was nasty . The management people are irresponsible. They don't hear what you say. They juz say everything will be fine in 5mins but both days I lost half of days. I vacated in midway of booking

Great service and amazing food. The rooms were spacious, warm water were available and the services were prompt. The food was delicious and I recommend to never miss their sevvaiyan kheer. We had a great time during the bonfire. Plus if you are a dog lover there are 4 lovely furry friends that stay here and the hotel staff are super caring of them too. Highly recommended!
