Hotel Manali Mantra

You do not get tea before 7.30 am thru room service . Television cable network was down for 3 days . The hotel charged me for providing heater in my room @Rs 500 per night Food quality was good. Everywhere there is board displayed for fine which is not guest friendly at all

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, surpassing my expectations. I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was a delight. The food was delicious. The restaurant staff were professional and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. My stay here exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly choose to stay here again in the future.

Good staff with great service , the food here is just excellent!! I would recommend everyone to choose this stay without hesitation , cherry on cake for your vacation!

The view from the hotel is very awesome.i really like it.the service over here is too good. They understand the problem and do resolve it quickly. My all over experience is very good by the hotel .i am totally satisfied with the hotel and their staff.

Best experience ever, every staff had always smiling face & welcoming gesture. Reception staff, room service staff & especially dining area staff treated us really well.. Made our family trip most memorable. ❤️Thanku Manali Mantra👍👍😊

I don’t know about the hotel in last years but yah now a days it’s worst experience we have. - No proper staff (This is what the craftsmen there say) - No room service (Even if we told them) - No room cleaning after check-out and daily basis (Even the hotel was not cleaned) - The food was also a dam bad I recommend do not go there… There are lots of other hotel with same price with good services

I will advise not to go in Manali mantra, Room space was good but not clean the service was so bad and the food was too bad. I had taken package for my family (8 person) with breakfast and dinner but I took only first day and second day did not due to scary quality of food and the front areas totally full of mud (keechad), i was totally disturbed during my tour. I have been told by my agent (Getway Holiday) it is 3 star hotel, hotel had four floors but no lift and adequate servant for service.
