Hotel Snow White Regency,Manali

!!The location of the hotel is very good!! And the rooms here are also very nice. But the staff here is very rude.. They don't know how to talk to customers.. Even room service is not available fast and on time. When we asked to extra items order in dinner, was told that it is not in the menu yet..

It's a very beautiful hotel and rooms cleaning top much and honeymoon couples enjoy every moment and bed Decoration & candle lite dinner & cake kit very nice and we will upload the pics also and safety also.. Food taste also very nice if anyone to visit manali please book and visit white snow regency.

Snow white regency plays a great role to love this place as Your experince of manali starts from the place you stay and Snow white staff is very professional and they are top notch in servicing. best services. well done. There is a lot to tell but it would be better to experince by yourself.

Worst experience. Booking.com. Said Breakfast will be provided We have already paid for it But when we reached there they dined for it And didn’t give refund for that So kindly do not pay for breakfast

I recently stayed at a branch of this hotel chain in Padar, Dharamshala, and while the room itself was nice, the service was extremely disappointing. Upon checking in, we found insects in the room and noticed strands of hair on the floor and furniture, indicating a clear lack of cleaning and hygiene. When we politely requested a room change, the staff became defensive and rude, arguing that they had already shown us the room. Their behavior worsened as they refused to accommodate our request and continued to argue, taking advantage of the fact that it was late in the evening and we had limited options for finding another place to stay nearby. The unprofessionalism and poor service were shocking, and the experience definitely overshadowed the quality of the room. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to their service and cleanliness standards.

I had a very good stay in snow white regency..All the staff have a very good behaviour and helpfull ..and the food is really delicious..I'm totally happy with all the facilities
