First of all it is Excellent hotel like homely , food is yummy, service is superb, friendly relation with all staff and the owner specially madam ..Woh she is so corprative that you will never feel you at outside of your home. Very nice nature of her service is yahuum. Ek dum jhakas hotel.......we love it. Location of the hotel is look like we in heaven rooms are well maintained good rooms , God bless you all of hotel Manali palace people.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
