This is Pluto property on lease 1 star hotel No lift No parking # location Very remote from city centre n all the points #rooms Big rooms clean rooms # food Very pathetic they provide only bread jam for breakfast n wants us to go for sightseeing. We have to insist that they provide at least food for breakfast Pluto tours promised us to give breakfast but they said the chef is not here. Actually they don't have a chef a local boy makes paratha aloo for guests #Experience Feels cheated Not recommended for couples n family

The rooms are Good and spacious and the view from the room is splendid.. only the problem is that, the rooms are not clean cobwebs on the rooftop. Even the windows are not clean properly. Come to the food. The food is tasteless and does not have any options in food. Even there is no mineral water in the hotel they gave us the filtered water.

Service is too best and hotel staff also very helpful and full enjoy. The room is very clean and very big. The food is too tasty and best quality. One day we came late at night 11:30 and they given us fresh and hot food. Deep the man who helped us and given his personal vehicle to use, to go to market.

Guys hotel location is awesome but staff is untrained, unprofessional, uncleaned. Infrastructure is not so good. I had worst experience with this hotel and staff. Breakfast and dinner food quality is third class. We get 100times better food in any third class oyo hotel. It's my humble suggestion to you please don't waste your time and money to go there. Don't let destroy your enjoyable moment to hotel staff.

Awesome, totally satisfied. Especially Deep was ver helpful in every aspect. Food reminded us of home. Cleaniness was as 4 star hotel. Location is awesome as mountain visible from room. Highly appreciated and recommend

Good service & helping staff, however the way to hotel is not good, they don't provide options in there meal. Rooms are clean with no heater so rooms gets even more cold at night. View from hotel is amazing.

My Experience at this Residency is awesome. I was overwhelmed by the scenic beauty from the balcony of room. The atmosphere was homely and the food was so nice that I felt I was eating at home. The hospitality I received was very cordial. One can have a homely feeling during holidays. I think it is the best place to stay at Manali.

This hotel is worse hotel in Manali. This hotel service is too bad. There is no time management of breakfast and dinner. If we told staff for any service they try to ignore and not take serious. Food quality is not good as they charged. Their service like a low quality dhaba.
