Hotel Sitara International

This hotel is horrible, specially manager, no staff, no water in bathrooms many times, no other amenities as mentioned at the time of booking. I booked this on reviews but I am sured these reviews might be bought. sawdhan rahe iss hotel se. Sunil Garg

Service excellent. View extraordinary. River mountains and snow, all in one frame. Infrastructure average. No ramp and support bar at the entrance, no lift, bathrooms are very old, no shower and no drain entry at shower area. Room service excellent. Food was very hygienic and tasty. Note: they don't include room heaters in the rent in d months of January to August.

Worst Experience ever have using staff abusive with us very bad behaviour worst rooms poor food quality and taste I don't click any pictures I just want to leave that hotel as soon as possible 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Hospitality provided by them was very good. The rooms were very good and clean, just like you would expect in any other 5 star hotel. Food was good, much more then we had expected. The staff was very welcoming and courteous, at the same time very friendly and had absolutely no issues in accommodating our request of serving the buffet in our room which no other hotel usually does. Special thanks to the entire Restaurant and Front Desk team for making our stay a wonderful one. Will surely recommend this hotel to others and looking forward for more stays at the same hotel whenever we happen to travel Manali.

Front Facing Rooms are much better! More recently renovated. Nearby mall road. A very reasonable property with all amenities. Highly recommended for budget friendly stay! Pro tip- Don’t order room service, the food is not that good. However they serve home cooked style breakfast and lunch which is really healthy & tasty.

It was a fantastic experience . Can't except such a hospitality and hygiene in jungle . 5 star to food and cleanness.
