The room was good and spacious. Clean toilets. Rooms have a balcony too. Hotel room service is good. We were a group of 6 people & booked it from OYO. The only problem we faced was that we told the owner to extend our stay by one more day and he promised us the same. But in the end tome they told us to checkout and we had to find another hotel. TIP : All bookings here are managed by OYO and it is advisable to you book by the app only.

They are pure thieves, first claimed rs2000 for room advance and then room service said that not included. They were totally ready to assault and then we have to leave at late night. There license also not renewed.

I am rating the hotel as 5 stars because of the service and hospitality that I received during my month long stay at the hotel... The food is well cooked home made types which is a great relief... The staff are friendly and eager to help. I would like to give a big shout out to Mrs Radha Wazir who is the main person responsible for the administration of the hotel. She is a very nice lady with a warm reception always eager to help and takes the hotel residents concerns seriously and acts upon it swiftly. Better than most of the commercial money making hotels out there. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. In a nutshell, it is one of the best family hotels you will find in Manali to stay.

Excellent service, helpful staff,good food. Best place to stay at hotel Potala Manali. You can not get this type of cheap rooms anywhere in manali. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone and I bet you can't find any better place to stay at this price.

It's located near to Mall road, Buddhist Monastery. Rooms are nice with cheap rate.. but You have to be aware of rat in room.. Actually it's nice n comfortable hotel.. n plz Don't Pay by Oyo bcz they won't accept money by Oyo app.. you should go to hotel n pay there..

Nice hotel... Pocket friendly and near to mall road just 3-4 min walk.. top floor room section is the best. Thanks me later

Very reasonable price Rs. 500 per room. Room and toilet are big and clean. Nice stay.
