It was a nightmare. Horrible service and rude staff. They would disconnect the call on face if you call to complain. They do not provide the basic amenities. They would say room heater is included and once you check in they starts showing their tantrums by saying heater would be chargeable , etc. The pathetic part is water supply. There was no water since midnight and they were so reluctant about it. Around 10 in the morning when we called for the zillionth time for water they became rude by saying what could they do. The staffs are horrible. If u order for coffee at 5 they will serve it at 6. You ask your extra towel at 5 and you would get it at 10. You ask for extra water, you do not get it until poked again n again. At such a good location this kind of service is not expected. The owner should take immediate action.

I had a very nice and good experience in this hotel. The staffs are nice and polite even if we wake him up at 5:30 in the cold morning to open up the gates for our journey back home. The place is located near Mall road and Hadimba Palace so it's all walking distance from there and that is wonderful if you want to save money in Manali. Also,we loved the cafe just outside the hotel which was convenient. Do not expect hotel like stay because it's a bungalow and have a homely feeling and the garden is really nice. The only thing that I am complaining is that there is no room heater,it was really cold and the extra portable heaters cost 200,so if they can fix room heater permanently that would be nice. The rooms are nice and cozy and the view from the room was really nice.

Strongly will not recommend this hotel due to following reasons:- 1. Hotel timing is 9am to 10.30pm. u can't go outside before 9am and can't enter after 10.30pm. 2. This is not a hotel this is a home running as a hotel. 3. They charge for everything even for water. 4. When u will enter in this hotel it feel like a horrible. Guys running the hotel stare the couples. 5. Rudely behaviour. 6. Ketali was not clean and soap didn't provide.

We had the Suite in second floor and where mostly satisfied with the room at all (June 2022) - bed was ok and the room mostly clean. The property is direct next to the main road to old Manali and there is always loud traffic. If you come to ms ski to get some relief form City stress that is not the right place to find that. The house itself seemed a little abandoned, no service is offered. On the other side sitting in the garden was very nice. But: please maintenance the kitchen - very dirty and mouldy. We were worried even to take glasses from there - putting drinks in the fridge also was more an adventure than expected.

First of all, this is not a hotel but rather a private place run as a hotel with no hotel-like facility. Ours was the suite on the second floor. When we reached, there was neither electricity nor power backup. In the name of staff, they had only one guy who sat at the reception, delivered food and other on-demand stuff at the room. Since it was very cold, we asked for a heater, which they provided for additional Rs. 200 per night; it was close to not functional, and they did not have any other option for us (guests staying in suite). The food was very expensive, and the quality was ridiculous. They provided food in bowls left open to cold. The only reason for 1 star is the room was nice (with no facility). At least they could have provided us with an electric kettle to warm up the drinking water.

I had high hopes for this place. The owner (or whoever it was who managed the communication part) was extremely polite in the beginning but on the day of arrival wasn't even available on call long enough to guide us to the right place. See there is another red house inn ~2 km away. They didn't provide us with the exact location and when we followed the maps and reached the wrong location, berated us and told us to follow the location they sent later. It took us over an hour to spot this "in-the-heart-of -manali" spot. This dismal beginning was just the tip of the iceberg. The rooms were barely furnished. The tv didn't work. There was no water or kettle for us in the room. Mind you, the temperature was zero degrees. There was no electricity for the first 30-40 min. So no hot water. Imagine that after a 15 hour journey. The food was never prepped inhouse. They got it from a makeshift kitchen/dhaba opposite the place. The room was terrible. There was no housekeeping at all. Picture frames were dusty. The floors and carpets were blackened with dirt (my yellow socks turned dark brown) The food plates were never collected in the three days I was there. Straight up terrible. Will I return? Heck NO.
