Hotel Solitaire Manali Near Mall Road

Terrible Experience - Not Recommended! I recently stayed at a hotel in Manali, and it was one of my worst travel experiences. The head receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional, which made check-in and any inquiries extremely uncomfortable. While there was one young staff member who was genuinely helpful and did his best to make my stay better, it unfortunately couldn’t make up for the overall experience. My two-night stay was unbearable, with multiple issues that management didn’t seem interested in addressing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. There are many other places in Manali that would likely offer much better hospitality and service.

*NEVER BELEIVE THE PICTURES POSTED ONLINE*. THEY ARE EDITED. We stayed there for a day. The first room they provided was not clean at all. Door locks were broken. Toilets were full of trash and cigarette butts. I then demended and shifted to another room which was comparitively better. But even there the intercom was not working and trash bin in the toilet was not cleaned after previous stay. I would recommend comparing with other properties in the locality before you make a booking. It's overrated online.

Worst Service.. They treat you very well at the time of allotment of room . And after the allotment give you parking space and then park another car in front of your car on requesting that we have to leave early in the morning they start suggesting that you shall leave at 8-9 instead of 4 am . And also starts threatening come and talk in front of camera . I dont know the name of the Manager of the hotel I request him to visit Punjab once and we will show what hospitality is . Room hygiene quality and the quilts provided was worst . I would recommend not to book this hotel while visiting to Manali . There are a lot more options to book the best property in Manali . Personal opinion...

I had worst experience here. Staff don't listen to your problems. Rooms are so small in space and so washrooms. Rooms are untidy, blankets were full of dust. Moreover, the person who confirms the booking was not available at the reception even he dont cone there. I booked the hotel prior 20 days back, even then I didn't get the rooms of my choice. The person who was at receiption was too rude and dont know how to deal with their customers.

This is a very honest review who is going to stay or planning Manali and looking for a stay in this horrible property. We travel a lot and stay in different cities and hotels, I personally belong to this hospitality industry and often neglect small drawbacks or minus points of the services provided at a hotel or restaurants, however couldn’t stop myself reviewing this property at least for those who are earning money in modest way and wanted to stay in a place where this hard earned money at least worth. THIRD CLASS ( DRUNK / RUDE ) Manager who claims to be the GM of this property, third graded rooms, Ill behaved staff members…. Guys don’t throw your money at all on this hotel… it’s an honest review, I don’t know how people give 5 stars…. Google must inspect once before these wrong and fake reviews….

Worst experience of my life till now, the manager was so rude, selfish , arrogant and money minded. Online Booking done with hotel 15days ago, 20 percent amount paid. On the day, we were about to reach hotel we even called and confirmed our booking but once we reached there they had given the room to some other family. The manager was so rude and shameless guy didn't even bother to inform us . We were so troubled by them and were again had to search for another hotel .

Rooms not upto the mark. Smelled of dampness, too small rooms for price they offer. Not so clean and poorly maintained hotel.
