Hotel Piccadily Manali

Situated at a prime location in Manali. Room locks are required to be changed. Staff need some training on how to deal with guests. Lifts are not accessible in a manner that a senior citizen can easily go to room. Over Priced but overall a good experience as the view from the room is great.

The rooms are small, very old but kind of well maintained. The towels provided were absolutely filthy. The biggest problem was that the walls were veryyyy thin and we could hear everything that was going on inside the adjacent rooms. Had a lot of trouble sleeping. The rooms had a good view but for the money we paid, it wasn't worth it at all.

On 20th August 2025, I visited your property to watch a movie and had booked three Gold class tickets. I parked my car in the hotel’s parking area. After the show ended, when I started my car, one of the security guards approached me and asked, “Sir, where are you from?” I politely answered his question. However, he then insisted that I give him a tip, referring to it as “chaye-paani kharcha”. I found this approach very rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate for a staff member representing your establishment. Such behavior not only leaves a negative impression but also causes discomfort to guests. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take the necessary action to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future.

Positives 1. The location is very prime in Manali. Hardly 300mtrs from Mall road. On road location. 2. Food is reasonably priced. 3. The staff is good and supportive. 4. Parking is sufficient for 40 cars. Negatives 1. Rooms are not cleaned. 2. The furniture is very old and unhygienic. 3. Lighting is very poor. 4. Rooms are over priced. PAID 4000/- for a night.

Right at the beginning of the main manali mall road this place is ok for people who want to stay in busy, noisy place. Staff is decent and helpful. Restaurant we could not experience as it's only for people who take the buffet( not Ala carte). The biggest con is a nearby night club ( explosion) a nuisance which keeps playing loud music till even after midnight which will disturb your sleep. The spring mattress are old so not comfortable. They have a decent parking space for your car. Nature lovers should as such avoid living in Manali proper.

The rooms were of good size and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms could be better standard and updated. The price could be better compared to the facilities available. I would stay here again if I needed too.

The lobby’s modern decor set a great first impression. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities such as mention amenities like coffee makers, mini-fridge, or toiletries. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Overall,Piccadilly provided a comfortable and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend it to both leisure and business travelers alike.

Worst experience I've ever had. Rude staff, very average and overpriced food, gross bathrooms, default in room locks, there is no backup for light.Very bad!
