Hotel Hira Invitation - Hotel in Mall Road, Manali

Ok so where do i start : 1. No electricity backup is there. 2. They charged extra money for early check-in (The hotel was empty) 3. These were no tissue paper, water jug already there. At least give a kettle in every room (temperature drops to -7) 4. The bed sheets were dirty and we found someone's nails in the drawer

Property staff was really helpful but expected more spacious room, elevator was missing, location was on mall road which is the good part only the price was not acceptable according to room.

No service No water was kept in the room and what is this that someone is calling you for coming back to the hotel at 10 pm. This is not acceptable.

This hotel is in the center of mall road manali. Has an amazing mountain view and one can get a beautiful look at the the mall. The host are very humble and generous, amazing people and have a certification in moutaineering. If you are looking for exciting stuff in manali and around, they are the best people to reach out. The property is entirly made of top quality wood and the ambience is so cool. Worth every penny spent.
