The rooms are spacious, but cleanliness and maintenance leave much to be desired. The bedsheet was not clean, appeared unwashed, and hadn’t been changed. Bath towels had visible stains, and the pillow covers had a few strands of hair, which was disappointing. Bathroom hygiene also needs improvement, and the hot water supply is inconsistent, lasting only a few minutes. Additionally, there’s no heater in the room unless you pay extra, which is inconvenient in colder weather. On the positive side, the location is great, and the overall experience was decent. However, the food was just average. With better attention to cleanliness and amenities, this hotel could be much more enjoyable.
