Hotel K.D.'s Villa

Bad experience KD,s villa or Naveen hotel both are same hotel.,. First day & Second day electricity was not there. Hot water was not there for bath. Food their buffet system is very bad. Serve poha and bread pakoda during breakfast. Bad Things:- We went on a family trip and the cab driver made us a solo trip because we travelled separately the whole day. and the Second day of my travel with cab driver also very poor and nonsense behaviour. So I would suggest not to buy any package from them.

Very bad experience. First day electricity was not there. They changed the room. Second day water was not there. Staff response was not good. Not preferable for family. Only one kitchen staff's response was ok. Not at all worthy for the money. No ethics or value.

Enough parking available for vehicles and buffet system for food was nice as there are lots of varieties in food available. But little costly due to peak season. Manager and support staff can do better but I think they are not ready to learn this hospitality industry as it requires politeness and help to visitors. Rooms and toilets were clean. Overall nice experience 👍

The accommodation is comfortable, the hotel is newly constructed. The buffet is NOT upto the mark . Ideal location in Manali in the crowded region plus point is presence of Mall road nearby.

The hotel has great rooms with a balcony which has a good view. The toilet is neat and all taps have hot water access. Only problem was when u needed food or hot water the room service was a little delayed. Great place to stay.

A comfortable room to stay and relax. Mr. Shushjeeth Kapoor is an excellent person who has smile on his face always and talks politely at all circumstances. Anything that is ordered is delivered within 10 - 15 min max.. Food is of awesome taste where they have an arrangement to merge with neighbouring hotel. If I visit Manali again then this would be the palce for me to stay. Added pics are from hotels balcony..

Good rooms with almost all facilities except floor heating facilities. In manali its a must have thing since it goes beyond minus degree. I am giving 5 stars because of the neat and clean room, service and the professional attitude of the staff. It's difficult to dry clothes if you are visiting for just 2 days in season. Because it takes time to get dried with a sunlight and cool atmosphere unless you do not depend on laundry services. Food available on the ground floor. The food is tasty but it is costly as in each part of manali. Shops, restaurants in manali charge heavily even for single packs without vegetables Maggie. It costs around 80

I stayed here for 6 nights and paid 2500 per night which is more than expensive. 2500 is only for room rent no free breakfast, lunch and dinner. When I used to order something for example a plate or spoon or extra pillows they used to forget and didn't recieved. At my last day stay I asked them if I can stay till evening for free or u can charge me a Lil. And they said we will charge you 1500 for only extra four hours. This was not the hospitality I expected and it was very rude of them to ask for huge amount of money after spending 150000 only with their room rent and couple of thousands with their foods.
