Zero service of staff .not good service..no accomodation for driver..they denied driver dormetry.they think drivers not paid him any money so no entry for driver .I requested all don't walking this hotel ..

Power cut issue in this hotel for almost 8 hours per day of your stay.No basic toiletries they provide even if you ask for it, they say no we dont provide.You will find 1 towel in the room for two guest and everytime you need to call and ask them to send the basic things and they take ages to send. You can never have a sound sleep because of the irritating dripping and falling water sound from washroom and outside.If you open the window you can see the house and flat doors or windows of residents, facing your room window and if you look down from the window you can see a naala with water flowing. If you ask them to change your room they will say you need to pay extra which is ridiculous.You are forced to pay for a room which is hell untidy despite paying 3k which according to them is a cheap rate at which they provided cheap defective pathetic room. So beware if they offer you any room at 3k please check the whole room, view outside and amenities they provide.They are least helpful, unattentive, and most uncooperative staff. I requested the staff to help me with an attendant to walk with a small luggage for approx. 3 kms till my car to avoid traffic but they simply denied, even when i was ready to pay for it. They said no we have only one attendant in the hotel and we cannot send him out for 5 minutes even can you imagine and beat this excuse? Unbelieveable! Worst food quality I ever had was here. To sum up, being an avid traveller, i rarely crib/ complain because I know to adjust but this one has been my worst experience.This hotel failed to meet even the basic requirements as compared to the amount paid for the stay, and they are least welcoming possibly because they do not care about the customer reviews as they may have plenty of customers who are willing to compromise with the facilities they provide. Not recommended!

Smelly bathroom even there phone doesn’t work I prefer stay here if but in the price of 800 not more than that it’s a dharamshala

Rooms are good but the staff have a very bad behaviour first they set an amount with us including the mattress when I asked them to book they said mattress will be extra 500 ₹ then again and again talking in a manner if they are paying me

Stayed for 3 nights with family (with kid) - last week of march 2024. Hotel located in a lane bang on the Mall Road close to Van vihar and 5 min walkable to Nyinmapa buddhist monastery and mall road shopping. Ample Parking space and even dormitory facility for driver. No photos/videos from us, as hotel is exactly as shown in other photos / youtube reviews. One of the few hotels in Mall Road to have a Lift and it worked fine all 3 days. No kettle was provided, but they gave fresh drinking hot water in thermos jug whenever we asked. No coffee/tea avbl till 8/8.30am. We tried the north indian veg dinner on arrival thru room service - roti, aloo gobi, paneer butter masala and jeera rice which was ok, not great/tasty. Tea/Black tea in the evening was good. We took deluxe room with balcony and room was quite spacious and can easily accomodate extra bed. TV worked fine and we watched IPL match as well in the night. Manali was pretty cold even in end of march, as we were from south india. No slippers or room heaters provided. Extra Rajai was given on request. Stayed in the first floor close to garden restaurant and hence some loud chatter till 12 midnight. The room cleaning folks cleaned room very well including washrooms. Soap and towels were provided. Extra fresh towels were also provided on request. 24 hours hot water in washroom due to geyser. For the excellent location, facilities and clean rooms/washrooms, and good room service, the off-season rates were very attractive. They took our booking directly over phone with a small advance and honoured it well when we arrived. Checkin checkout was smooth and reception folks were very nice. They even helped us keep our ice pack (medical) in their kitchen fridge. Overall nice stay and highly recommended.

Booked a triple and double sharing room. Rooms were big and spacious. Location of this hotel was just near to Manali Mall Road Market. Things to note: 1. They provide Electric heater at a charge of Rs 200 per piece 2. One room can have only one Electric heater due to Electric load sharing. 3. The hotel has its own big parking space. 4. Hotel has its own restaurant. 5. If outside food is brought to hotel - They don't provide cutlery. For this point I deducted one star, as hotels are meant to provide service for customer ease. 6. The surrounding view was awesome - with snow covered mountains all around. 7. It is 5 mins walk to Manali Mall Road Market.
