OYO Flagship 62847 Hotel Sunny Heights

Am not satisfied with the service of hotel . I asked for water multiple times but they didn't gave that. They just ignore us everytime. Bath water is not hot , it is just little warm. Also we booked 3 rooms , toilets of 2 of them are not cleaned.

Hospitality of the staff was the worse that I have seen in my life. We asked for water at 8 o'clock and got it after 2.30 hrs. Sourav( manager) is impolite, rude, ill mannered. Note- if you this hotel then you won't be able to get hot bathing water. *They don't have geyser; solar heater didn't work*

Very pathetic service. Don't just go on their room view. There is just horrible service. They will charge you extra and even they will later increase the charges for the things that you have used. People over there don't even have manners to talk. Specially that manager Saurav, he is always drunk and will shout unnecessarily when you will complain about the service.

Worst experience, don't have water geaser, normal drinking water is not provided, worst behavior of staff, useless hotel, never ever visit here, Even other guests were fighting with that manager, overall don't visit there

They take 1/2 hr to bring a water bottle. Electricity is very weak. Water heating system doesn't work.

Worst experience ever. Very poor service, staff is also very bad. Won't suggest anyone to visit there.

Worst stay of my life. People working at sunny heights are very rude. Don't expect good hospitality at this place. Please go for other hotels. Do not book this. My stay was pathetic at this place

best hotel in manali location is to good just 700m near by mall raod and bus stand
