On Feb 2023. We two couples took two rooms in this hotel. Apart from facilities, In daytime it was normal but in Evening and eventually at night rooms became dramatically scary. Presence of something unnatural was there. No proper lighting in the rooms, which making this more like a horror house. Don't stay here, if you are with family, wife or any female.

One of the best hotel at cheap rate in Manali. Advantage- 1. The hotel is located on the main road so you can find it very easily. 2. They provide food at very cheap rates. All their food items are delicious. 3. They are very cooperative and helpful. 4. It is walking distance from Mall road. 5. View from the hotel is marvelous and the rooms are very clean, well maintained. Disadvantage- 1. You might face difficulty in getting parking are in front of the hotel.

I shifted yesterday morning, but at night it became spooky, there is not even enough lights, bathroom doors cant be locked, door locks is not safe at all . no one is on the floor but some strange sound comes like opening doors, removing chairs, tables, when asking the staff to come and chek it out, no one came. we have to look after for another hotel at that night on 11pm. when we called the staff to check out on the same day at 11pm, the staff came and looked scary, looked stoned, red eyed. we booked for 3days but cant stay there for a single night.

Very bad hotel.hotel services is very worst.very scary hotel..no proper lightingand no proper cleaning. No recommendations from my side.

I had a wonderful and one of the best stays in Manali. Just 5 mins walk from mall road with parking facility, this is one of the best places to be. Overall staff is quite professional and supportive. Excellent service!! Hungry at 2am (early hours)? Don't worry you'll have your food served hot. You have a wish list, let the manager know and consider it done :-)

Very unsafe for families and solo female travellers, since the receptionist was creepy and looked stoned. Unkempt rooms and lacked the amenities mentioned in the listings. Owner was rude and has no concern for guests safety. I guess only meant for gangsters who come to manali to smoke weed.
