The best hotel experience ever in my life we stayed for 3 nights and 2 days the staff was so good the rooms were too clean and spacious it had two bedrooms the food was so delicious I loved my all over experience highly recommended if you ever plan going to Manali this hotel is 200m distance from mall road the view is amazing from the balcony we were with our family 4 people we booked only 1 room which had 2 bedroom this thing was the best overall 10 on 10

Room service good , -situated on so high so u will be reach to the hotel after 150 stairs, -No fans in the internal room and i suggest to owner for fan, arrange fan in internal room. Nice hotel. The staff is very friendly plus the room as well as washroom are clean and the view from the room is amazing. Preferably go for 2nd floor room. The hotel is within walking distance from Mall Road. The staff is nice and the food is tasty but butter and paneer to serve less and repeatedly ask. need improvement. The rooms are spacious and very well. Overall a very good option in the area.

The hotel is within walking distance of Mall Road. Going to the actual place via road is a little tricky for larger vehicles. The actual hotel rooms are on the first floor and you must climb up about 50 steps to get to them (there's no lift, but the attendants help carry your luggage up to your rooms). The staff is nice and the food is tasty and reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious and very well lit. Apart from accessibility via road this is overall a very good option in the area.

Me and my friend booked a room in February 2020 and we have an awesome experience with this hotel. The hotel owner is a nice person and he explained all the information about the manali tourist attractions also their room service was good. The hotel is half km from Mall road and 1+ km from volvo stand. There is some steps from the public road so you must walk. Clean room with water heater, blankets, tv and all the other facilities available. Specially we got nice view of mountains from the hotel.

This hotel is very well located. The hotel is on little height and due to its location, you can get the view of whole valley. Family suites are of good size and comfortable with clean attached bath. The hotel staffs are extremely friendly and provide good service. The only issue, if you have knee problem, you have to climb up some stairs to reach the hotel from the road, but that is generally issue in all hill stations. Good price to match the facilities but that's the premium you pay for awesome view of the whole Manali. And I was lucky enough to get the rainbow view over the city when I was staying there.

PROS: Clean, comfortable, classy for the price. Staff is friendly and helpful, speaks English. Food is good (and reasonably priced) if you don’t feel like going out. CONS: no parking lot - your vehicle will have to be parked at the unpaved access road below. You climb a short flight of steps to get to the hotel (they’ll help you with your bags if you inform them you’ve arrived). BONUS: awesome view of Manali town below and the mountains opposite.

Good family suits For a couple and kids ..Breakfast and dinner good...Nice view from hotel. Rooms are clean and good. Hotel is on walking distance from mall road. Good facility of hot water. The negative point is hotel on too much height. stairs approximate 50 to 60 stairs up from mall road. There is hotel staff who carried ur luggage..

The room is fine, the view is good but food is not up to the mark and quantity was also not sufficient. But the best thing in the worst case is its view of mountains and nice icy breeze. Room was not lacking from any necessaties like T.V. or Geyser. And the one thing is that, this hotel is on heights so one have to climb almost 60 stairs to reach.
