VIKRAM SHARMA, HOTEL DEVLOK, MANALI

I visted this hotel on 14 Aug 2016. It was our worst experience of our life. Dirty bed sheets, poor services only two service boys for entire hotel. We slept at around 12pm we locked our room from inside, but around 2 O clock we saw our room door was opened. Key was not there. We found our mobiles watch missing along cash and my wife's handbag missing. One of the room service boy was behind all this.|Also there was a door in one of the cupboards that went to the terrace. That night cost us Rs 60000 but the shameless staff was not ready to accept their crime. For the sake of safety they had nothing no gaurds, no camera, no security system and also all the latches were loose. |Horrifying is just not sufficient word for what we had to go through that day. Thanks to SHO and DCP of that area who helped us and taught these traitors a lesson.

The room was booked by the travel agency for three nights.| It was very worst hotel. Dirty bed sheets, poor service, food also very poor. |Staffs are not helping. No proper internet connection. Toilets are dirty. Water was leaking and room full of water. And the rooms are smelling like anything. I can write so many worst points. But generally I am strongly recommend not to book in this hotel.

I booked one room (14-17may)for four days through clear trip.when I reach there they allotted a very poor room at the adjoining hotel named Broad view.On next day when I saw, I enquired about the fact .They told me that all the rooms are for devidyar.But on 17 th may the receptionist came to me and told me to shift for hotel devidyar. He took me along with him and I saw the actual deference between the two room.devidyar is much better than Broad view. But I do not agree with him for only one day.So manali visors do think before booking holel devidyar

Room is in good condition where you can see manali very well from your room. bathroom was decent but not so cleaned at that time. food was good and staff was sincere and cooperative. which was amazing and made our trip memorable

This hotel is located very near to the mall road thats the only plus point of the hotel, other wise it can be said guest house. Service and quality is not up to the mark, but recommended for the travelers traveling on a budget. food inside the hotel is also costly. if you have better option please select that one before.

If you want to ruin your trip.. Then u got your perfect place for it.. This place you will not get electricity, decent room(you will get only smelly room), hot water and proper hospitality... I experienced some worst case scenario such as our aged people started shivering without hot water proper dinner and importantly electricity.. We spent whole night without electricity.. And for couples... Please stay away...

worst hotel and staff its better to stay a night at public bus stand or public dharamshala then devi dyar hotel it is near about 3 kms from mall road never book this hotel on phone or online...... its too worst ||||||It's location is not safe if u want to stay with family so pls avoid this hotel.....||||||world's worst hotel

Stayed with group of friends in this pathetic hotel.i must say the staff is very Rude.i wanted to change my hotel and refund my money since it was refundable but they didnot let me change.rooms are smelly u cannot even sleep there & dirty corridor as if they have 2 staff who is looking after front office which is phiyscally absent ,pathetic rooms as if it was cleaned the day the hotel was opened,soiled linen they never change it .don't spoil ur stay if u wish to stay at manali.
