TODAY I CALL SUMAN HOTEL , IS THE BED EXPERINCE , OUR COMPANY CLIENT IS RUSSIAN NATIONAL LADY FOR TOUR MATA VAISHNOIDEVI MANDIR, BUT SUMAN HOTEL TOLLED ME SINGLE PERSON NOT ALLOWED , IN THIS HOTEL, SO GUYS OUR EXEPERINCE IS VERY BAD , HOTEL STAFF ROUTLY TALK TO ME,

best hotel if you're considering budget, location wise near Yatra parchi counter 2 & next to city district hospital, main Market is also near, owner mr.sajan is friendly & helpful, mr.afridi is also responsive & helpful they send bill by email as confirmation of room booking so can book room on call without worry but rooms and especially bathrooms need little more maintenance otherwise allover it's good experience.

Location Wise near one to Yatra Parchi Counter 2, but not suitable to stay as rooms were not cleaned. We have insects in our rooms. The bed was dusty. It is a budget hotel but at least one shall have a proper sleepy bed.

Totally bed experience Hot water facility is not available Rooms were not cleaned we have insects in our rooms the bed was dusty. Totally waste of money this property

Best hotel at very affordable price. And staff bhaiya is very humble and polite. I really feal relaxed like home.

The Experience was just amazing, Owner and His Son was litterally down to earth. They were really cooperative and they tried there best to make their guest happy enough. I will definitely recommend this place😇 Jai Mata Di🙌

Cons: 1 Wall paint was distorted and there were lot of big patches on wall. 2 No electricity back up. 3 Tap water was leaking. 4 Old type rooms with old furniture. 5 No drinking water bottle, No toiletries. 6 No view room. 7 Tv was there but no cable connection. 8 Wifi only works @ reception, not in rooms. Pros: 1 Indian style toilet. 2 Rooms and bathroom were cleaned. 3 Guest house owner behaviour was good. 4 Hot water supply was there.
