Hotel Shree Palace

Location wise easy to access. Rooms were airy. Morning view of Trikut Parbat would mesmerize your experience. However, the proactive approach was missing in service. Else they served good food and other amenities were top notch. Harish, helped us a lot. Hope, in our next meet things will be in better shape.

Rooms are stinky.. service is slow.. anything you want pls inform respective staff half an hour upfront ... Don't expect anything is readily available in time.. food if they say ready by 7 it will not be until you poke them they don't start preparing .. if you are a food lover and if you are in MAPAI don't expect any variety in the food .. all in all.. don't recommend this for staying ..

Hotels staff are total fraud. Without permission ac stops outside rooms. They charges double of water bottle of MRP. Water full in bathroom not clean immediately.

This hotel is very nice and the staff here also helped us a lot, they treated us very well and we have made many friends in this hotel and we will stay at this hotel again next time...... Thank you shree palace hotel

Very bad service. Not satisfied at all. The services by the hotel were so bad they didn't provide anything even in the room many things were not in working state. Very disappointed

Not happy with your hotel policy. We arrived on 9th june 2024 at 7:30 am for Vaishno Devi darshan and requested early check-in. The receptionist demanded extra money for early check-in, which we refused. Despite this, we saw other guests check in early without paying extra. When we asked how, we were told their booking started the day before. Later, they left after using the facilities. Please check yesterday's recording. Second, we came back on 10th June 2024 from darshan and asked for the last time to order dinner. The receptionist said 10:30 PM. I placed an order before 10:30 PM and waited 20 minutes. At 11 PM, I asked about my food and was told there was no order from my room. Then, someone came and told me the kitchen was closed. When I became angry and asked for the owner's number, they finally provided the food.

It was an excellent experience staying at the hotel. Apt location with great room service. The view from the balcony was breath taking. Highly recommended.
