Very old property and Poor maintenance. Room were not clean. Even water logging issues in bathroom. Shower not working. Only positive is location of hotel and free pickup and drop to bardganga check post.

As per my experience keeping in mind normal budget hotels this hotel is good enough for the place I.e. माता vaishno devi तीर्थ स्थल। Room good Free wifi excellent 👌 Staff and room service very good Food too good Cleaning good Location 👍 My stay 1 day , was nice and pleasant Can be rated for every thing 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I would like to keep it straight. The rooms were not uncleaned, the walls were broken, bedsheets were uncleaned and hairs were there, water was not available, we got only 6 pcs shampoo pack which was of 2 rupee each. Its good if you want to simply keep your belongings however its not worth the price. The room service was nice thats it.

It's situated near the main Katra market and it is on the road. The property is big and the rooms are also spacious, room service and staff are also good. You can access the main Katra market on a walk. There are a few issues that I faced during my stay, you don't have control of the AC and geyser from your room they are operated from outside from someplace, and need to ask the staff to switch them ON/OFF. My washroom's hot water tab was not working properly I reported this to the staff but they couldn't help it, It took 1 hour to fill the bucket. Room locks were very tough to operate, it took effort to lock/unlock it. The hotel is neat and clean and has very good connectivity, The Hotel staff is very supportive and helpful, and we had a good experience.🙏Jai Mata Di🙏

It's a nice place comparing to other hotels in Katra, I've been in Katra multiple times and i found this place a bit better than others. The staff is very well behaved also the tarriffs fits in budget. It costs around 2000+Gst for one day.

Good Rooms but not maintained! Not that great kind of an excellence is there Budgeted hotel Staffs are courteous
