Hotel Shraddha

We had regular lunch in shradha hotel and ordered cheese sandwich , manchaow sup and dal khichidi. But the cheese sandwich was too small according to its qty and was charged overpriced Sup was disgusting and the counter person refused to replace the same and was giving explanation on his making. This people are doing fraud with devotees coming from long parts of India to visit maa Darbar. It is their responsibility to provide good food. They are just overcharging on 3rd class quality food. Please do not eat at their place.

Receptionist was rude. They don't accept payments through UPI which was not informed to us earlier. On objecting the receptionist behaved very rude and tried to blame the misinformation on us. The wifi was not working at all and service was okayish. Rooms were fine.

Stayed for one night with family during our visit to Mata Vaishno Devi. Very nice hotel, located at one of the best place in Katra, we had mountain view room, at it felt very good even to just sit in the room and just see the sunrise on the mountain and tracks. We reached early and requested the hotel for early check-in, and surprisingly from the very few humble people we met in Katra, they were one of them. Very humble and supportive staff, clean spacious rooms and hotel lobby. Good with kids and value for money. Thanks Hotel Shraddha to make our Darshan memorable. We'll happy to stay there whenever we'll come for Darshan.

Very rude behaviour of the staff present here . They are not at all bothered about their customers . They treat the customers like dogs . They treat like we are here for free , even after paying so much no service , no respect is given . Very bad . Don't come here please , if you don't want to waste your time and money .

It was the most clean hotel in that location. Room sizes are also big but there is some kind of irritation on the beds may be bed bugs. We paid 2000 per room for a 3 sharing room. They should provide rooms fir half day but today it's not the case

Rooms and bathroom are good. But staff and owner are not much satisfactory and manager is overall greedy for money. Location good
