Very worst hotel ever.... never seen hotel like this. worst hotel ever light always goes and service is very bad. food is also very bad and here in hotel there is no reastraunt.there are only 1or2 dishes, and plates are very dirty and they give used plates and glasses, also reastraunt is in another building.There is no manager in the reception... the room service is not so good bathroom is very dirty. most worst hotel in ever

Well.. there is a problem with privacy in the bathroom ( my biggest concern ), water was not available all the time.. no inverter.. there was dirt below the bed,. however the receptionist guy was polite and nice.

If you want a good view of Maa Vaishno Devi Trikuta parvata,easy access to the front gate of Baan Ganga,and and affordable neat and clean room,this is the place you should opt for. Just check the roof top and you'll love the heaven view of Maa Vaishno Devi
