Hotel New Shraddha Katra

Third class rooms. Hygiene is zero. Washrooms were full of cockroaches. Room service will not attend you even after requesting 10 times. Pillows were dirty. Non co operative. Never go there

This hotel is nearby railway station and we reached the hotel at 3am still the receptionist made the check-in easy. Room was clean and I would suggest to book it through Goibibo for great deal.

Nice stay hear, best part of this hotel is that it is near to railway station, katra. They provide pick and drop facility to the guests. Safety is great and staff is good. Overall budget friendly stay to visit Mata Vaishnodevi temple.

Food and service of this restaurant is amazing. The behaviour of staff specially vinod Bhai is very helpful and well mannered. If you are coming to Visit vaishnodevi this hotel and restaurant is highly recommended.

There were lots of cockroach in bathroom n rooms even ther was no hot water for bath I struggle 1 hour for to get it. The manager took extra 500 bukes as I already gave him advance The hotel is too fer from the main market You have to take the rikshaw from hotel to market it takes minimum 160 to 180 rs I will not recommend anyone this hotel

The room are big and clean. I found the price to be reasonable. Hotel Staff are extremely cooperative. The buffet breakfast was great they have many options. I would recommend it to others definitely. clean rooms and cooperative staff. location was perfect.

Hotel Staff And Owner are Worst and Rude Behaviour With Guests And Customers, And Hotel Staff And Owners are not behaving good with the customers, Accept Some Guest’s or customers are very important for Hotel Staff And Owner’s. In The view of Above matters hotel staff is no guilty about this when we talk this all things to him. Very Worst Experience with Hotel Ownres and Managers.
