Every year in Navaratri festival we are there in Katara . We always prefer to stay at Sanjeev palace. Whole hotel staff & owners of the hotel also waiting for us .

Rooms are pretty clean with hot water, WiFi in the rooms . Food can be ordered as well. Good place to stay for taking rest. Cost is also very good.

Never take taxi from this hotel or the taxi provider in front of this hotel. They are very rude and the driver doesn't know things about places in Kashmir due to which you'll end up spending lot more money. They take commission from store they take you to.

Rooms and washrooms were cleaned. Owner was helpful. Location is the only drawback which I found else our stay was good. Worth the price.

Other than the location everything is perfect here. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They also provide room service and the food is good enough.

Staff is helpful,food was customised as we requested. I had few issue with bed sheet and pillow not upto the mark can use better quality covers for pillow.also could do more to solve problem with cockroaches. Also while cleaning could use good quality cleaning product to clean germs and better smell.we stayed in hotel for more than 8 days. I hope owners take our feedback positively.overall satisfied with service will sure come back again.

It's walkable distance from market , bus stand and vaishno devi entrance gate. Service is ok ok. Always go for online booking, you can get cheap fair. Hotel food was too good but remember to check food bill at the time of check out
