It was great stay and comfortable environment and delicious food. And wonderful staff people. Everything was clean and neat and they gave a drop to entrance of Vaishno Devi gate. Lovely staff members and very convenient staff and super duper helpful for anything you need, be it kitchen or room service all are wonderful. Definitely I’d recommend it.

Service was great. Rooms were neat and clean and food was tasty. Overall it was a wonderful stay at K C Residency Katra.|May add some more glamour at reception area which seems bit dull.|Approach to hotel can be marked with LED signboards. Will stay again.

My recent stay at KC Residency in Katra was unfortunately far from what I expected, especially considering I booked a Presidential Suite. Right from check-in, the experience was marred by unfriendly and unhelpful staff, which left a negative first impression. The suite itself, while spacious and well-designed, fell short on several fronts. The restroom was unhygienic, and despite it being the highest-tier room, the jacuzzi in the shower cabin was non-functional. To make matters worse, the shower had inconsistent water temperatures – sometimes there was no hot water, and other times it only provided hot water, making it inconvenient and uncomfortable. The lack of cleanliness extended beyond the bathroom; the windows were dirty, obstructing what could have been a beautiful view. Given the high price and promises associated with a Presidential Suite, I expected a much higher standard of comfort and service. Unfortunately, KC Residency did not meet these expectations, and I would advise future travelers to consider other options in Katra for a better experience.

My stay at KC Residency was one of the best and the most comfortable stays. |The service is top class with friendly staff. |Sunny,Puran, Samrutu, Rakesh and Vijay were the most helpful from the staff .|I would highly recommend KC Residency for a stay at Katra.
